Did you know…

… in 1983, the Group acquired the Brazilian factory of the multinational giant Perkins. Maxion Motors, as it was called in the early 90s, traded until 1999, when  it was replaced by Maxion International Motors S.A., a 50/50 joint venture with Navistar, one of the world’s leading truck makers. Two years later, Iochpe sold its remaining stake in the business. This was a pivotal moment for the company, as it marked the beginning of its close relationship with the country’s major automakers, its commercial partners to this day
